Laurel Lynn “Laurie” Burow, was called to her heavenly home on Aug. 17, at the age of 67. 

Laurel was the daughter of John and Alvida (Johnson) Reich and born into God’s family through Holy Baptism in 1948. She was united in marriage to Thomas Burow on Aug. 8, 1970 in Milwaukee.

Laurel is survived by her caring husband of 45 years, Tom Burow of Patch Grove; Chad (Lori) Burow of New Berlin, Amy (Damion) Glisper of Milwaukee, Leah (Kevin) Noel of Milwaukee, Clint (Carol) Burow of Roscoe, Ill.; along with ten wonderful grandchildren; as well as her dear siblings, Dennis (Sue) Reich of Waukesha, Jana (Paul) Thompson of Milwaukee, and Karla (Floyd) Schmidt of Boscobel. 

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday afternoon Aug. 29, at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Prairie du Chien with burial of cremated remains to be held at a later date in Milwaukee. Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until time of service at the church on Saturday. The Larson Family Funeral Home of Fennimore is assisting the family and online condolences may be made at www.larsonfuneralhomes.com. All family and friends will dearly miss Laurie. The family wishes to thank Pastor Naumann and her church family for their care and prayers. A sincere “Thank You” to the caregivers who provided so much tender care and encouragement.
