Teen faces marijuana charges

A 17-year-old Patch Grove boy was charged in Crawford County Circuit Court on Jan. 4 with one count of the manufacture/delivery of marijuana and one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
Walker Allan Rowcliffe faces up to $20,000 in fines and seven years in prison if convicted of both counts.
According to the criminal complaint, Rowcliffe was pulled over for suspected speeding in the city of Prairie du Chien on Dec. 17, 2015.
A search produced a plastic baggie containing suspected marijuana, a bag containing approximately $1,500 in cash, and a blue Tupperware container containing approximately one ounce of suspected marijuana, according to the complaint.
