The mine reserve expansion study group has completed its draft report of zoning recommendations for the land being considered for rezoning for Pattison Sand Company. 

The report is available online on Clayton County’s website or printed copies are available at the Auditor’s office. 

A public comment/question and answer meeting will be held on July 7 from 6-8 p.m. at the County Office Building on Gunder Rd., Elkader. This meeting will be to take comments on the report only. Attendees will be asked to sign in if they wish to speak. Each person will be allowed up to two minutes to ask questions or make comments.
