There was also a one-hour visitation before service at church. The funeral service was at St. Joseph Catholic Church Garnavillo, at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 11, 2017, with the Rev. Marvin Bries officiating. Interment was at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Garnavillo, IA.
