Clarence J. “Jim” Teynor
Clarence J. “Jim” Teynor, 73, of Wauzeka, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the Bland Bekkedal Center for Hospice Care in Viroqua.
He was born on Nov. 30, 1943, in Prairie du Chien, the son of Clarence and Dorothy (Evans) Teynor. Jim owned and operated the family farm near Wauzeka. He also enjoyed riding his ATV and logging. Jim was a horseman and was an avid Brewers and Packers fan.
He is survived by his daughters Melissa Teynor, of Oelwein, Trudie Teynor, of Wauzeka, Jenny (Jorge) Siverio, of Phoenix, Ariz.; his brothers Tony (Donna) Teynor, of Prairie du Chien, Bill (Anne) Teynor, Ontario, Dan (Rose) Teynor, of Wausau; his sisters, Jeanne Shinko, of Prairie du Chien, Linda (Bob) Vance, of Prairie du Chien, and Trudie (Gary) Adams, of Prairie du Chien.
Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, a son Jim Teynor, and a sister Betty Lang.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, Nov. 25, at St. Gabriel’s Church of the Holy Family Parish with a burial in Calvary Cemetery both of Prairie du Chien. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until the time of services. The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien is assisting the family.
