The 5th annual Music Fights Back Music Festival will be held Friday and Saturday, June 21 and 22 at St. Feriole Island in Prairie du Chien.

The Festival helps raise money to purchase Amazon Tablets for children with cancer so they can listen to their favorite musicians. The festival also sponsors the Prairie du Chien youth baseball and football teams. The Prairie du Chien Correctional Institution’s project crew is assisting with setup and cleanup.

This year’s festival will be headlined by Hinder, Powerman 5000, Smile Empty Soul and SAUL. The music will start at 3:45 on Friday and 2:00 on Saturday.

Jeremy Cuff, President and Founder of Music Fights Back, as well as, a former cancer survivor is very excited for the upcoming festival. “The festival has been continuing to get bigger and bigger each year and I can’t wait to see how this year’s concert turns out,” he said.

The food will be provided by several local businesses. Pulled Pork, sandwiches, kettle corn, spiral potatoes, as well as, beer and other beverages will all be on the menu.

Tickets can be purchased at Jim’s Bar, Leisure Time Sports Bar & Bowl, Mississippi Meats and online at Parking will cost a small fee.
