The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train, adorned with tens of thousands of lights, will transport holiday cheer, Santa and a stage for live musical performances, into Marquette’s Riverfront Marina on Sunday, Dec. 8, at 2:45 p.m.
The brightly decorated Canadian Pacific train will stop for all to experience, with the intention of also helping the community and surrounding area collect food and money for the Clayton County Food Shelf.
Last year, the local Canadian Pacific stop netted the Clayton County Food Shelf $11,053.99 and 2,935 pounds of food.
The Holiday Train is in high demand. The communities of Marquette, McGregor and Prairie du Chien are fortunate to have it stop in this area.
