An amendment to the handbook was approved to allow administrative officials to determine if weather conditions have improved enough during a cancelled school day to allow after-school activities.

Sarah Zahradnik led a discussion on the elementary reading program, and Adam Radcliffe and Nicole DeGidio spoke on middle school choir lesson plans. Steve Hoff discussed enrollment at the Iowa Virtual Academy. Superintendent Wahls spoke about lights for the Garnavillo fields, and on his school safety presentation.
