There are two seats up for election to the Prairie du Chien School Board in the April 7 election. Each seat is for a three-year term.
There will be three candidates on the official ballot. The top two vote getters will be elected to the school board. The candidates include incumbent Nicholas Gilberts, former board member Duane Rogers and Kristin Heintz Davis.
The deadline for filing candidacy papers was Jan. 7 at 5 p.m.
Incumbent Kyle Kozelka has filed non-candidacy papers and is not running for re-election.
During the school board meeting of Jan. 13, a drawing will be held to determine the order of the three names on the ballot.
