MFL MarMac fifth graders graduated from the D.A.R.E. program last week. During the celebration, Mar-Mac Police Chief and D.A.R.E. instructor Robert Millin congratulated the top essay writers, including winner Makenzie Corlett. Brooklynn Audet had the second place essay, while Blair Winter was third. In the essays, students shared what they learned through D.A.R.E. and how they will use what they learned. Nine Bulldog wrestlers advance to districts, team wins sectional title

Central wrestling season ends at sectionals

Sean Wilwert went 2-1 at sectionals, placing third at 170 pounds.

Nate Shirbroun, at 182 pounds, was one of three Central wrestlers to place third at sectionals—and just shy of advancing to districts.

106-pounder Reese Berns wrestled to a fourth place finish.

Nick Deitchler was fourth at 132 pounds.
