Mark D. Czarnecki
Mark Donald Czarnecki, 58, of Beaver Dam, Wis., formerly of Guttenberg, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison, Wis.
Visitation was Friday, Dec. 11, at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg.
Memorial services were Saturday, Dec. 12, at the funeral home, conducted by Karl Goodfellow.
Inurnment was at the Guttenberg City Cemetery.
Mark was born on April 24, 1957, in Madison, Wis., the son of Donald Czarnecki and Sue (Tarrell) Brom.
Mark was raised in Balltown and graduated from Leo High School in Holy Cross. Right after graduation, Mark enlisted into the United States Army and served as a Special Forces Communication Sergeant (18E) with the 5th Special Forces Group. After his honorable discharge, Mark traveled the world seeking new challenges and adventures. The biggest adventure was the day he married Deb Nelson in 1992. For the past 23 years, Mark worked in the fastener and powder metal industry, most recently as quality manager at Burgess Norton in Beaver Dam. Mark enjoyed bow hunting, fishing, and long range marksmanship. In June of 2014, Mark competed in the F Class 4 Man Long Range Team Shoot, earning the rank of State Champions.
Mark is survived by his wife Debbra; sons, Chad Clinton, Neal (Nicole Schick) Clinton; grandson, Carter; mother, Sue Brom; sister, Karen Czarnecki and many other relatives and friends.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, Don Czarnecki; son, Michael Clinton; brother-in-law, Scott Nelson; step-father, Warren Brom and father-in-law, Guy Meskimen.
