Patsy Ann Dickson, 83, of Guttenberg, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018, at Stonehill Care Center in Dubuque, surrounded by her family.

Visitation is from 9-10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 11, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Guttenberg. Funeral services will follow at the church at 10 a.m., conducted by Rev. Shane Anderson.

Inurnment will be at St. John’s Cemetery, Guttenberg.

Arrangements are being handled by Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg. 

Patsy was born on July 23, 1935, the daughter of William and Geneva Reinhardt. She grew up in the Marquette area where she received her education. On Aug. 25, 1956, Patsy was united in marriage with Paul Dale “PD” Dickson at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Guttenberg. Together they were blessed with a daughter, Zoe. Patsy opened her home to care for many children in Guttenberg over the years. 

Patsy will be forever remembered for her great cooking, especially her chocolate chip cookies and her joy of playing dice and cards with her "kids." 

Patsy will be forever loved and cherished by her husband of 62 years, PD; daughter, Zoe (Danny) Walke; three granddaughters, Liza (Scott Pollitt) Walke-Pollitt, Lora (Brett) Baclich, and Leanne Walke; six great-grandchildren, Macy, Maggie, Wesley, Will, Ben & Quinn; one brother, Don (Erica) Reinhardt, and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Aileen, Helen, June, and Marge, and one brother, Bill.
