Prairie golfers play at Darlington then Prairie du Chien

The Prairie du Chien Lady Hawk golfers competed in the Ringen Invitational at Darlington Country Club on Aug. 23.  

The ladies improved different aspects of their game and scoring, which led to a seventh place finish with a team score of 476. Macy Sander carded a 110 to lead the Lady Hawks in scoring and medaled in the event with an eighth-place individual low score. Allison Kennedy added 115, Molly Peterson 118, Kendall Hill 133, and Lydia Seeley a 137.

The Lady Hawks hosted the second SWC conference match of the season at Prairie du Chien Country Club on Monday, Aug. 26. 

Despite a rainy morning, the Lady Hawks improved their play, finishing third in the match. Allison Kennedy led the way for the Hawks, shooting a 60. Macy Sander followed up with a 61, Molly Peterson added a 64, Kendall Hill had a 70 with Lydia Seeley carding a 72 for a team score of 255. All the ladies continue to improve and need a little more practice time rather than matches to become more consistent, said Coach Rick Peterson.
