A one-man St. Paddy's parade

Dave Miehe, Elkader, has participated in all but one St. Patrick's Day parade - and this year was no different.  He was later joined by his friend Dave Farmer.  The only spectator was Miehe's mother, Vernelda Miehe, which kept the parade well within the current "no more than 10 people" rule for public gatherings.  Dave is pictured tossing candy to his mom.
