Helen Jennings

Helen Margaret Jennings, 88, of Manchester, Iowa, formerly of Garber, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020, at her daughter’s home in Manchester.

She was born on September 16, 1931, in Colesburg,  Helen was raised in rural Colesburg and was a graduate of Colesburg High School.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 67 years, Clyde.

Survivors include her two children, Edwin (Tina) Jennings of Strawberry Point and Jean Vorwald of Manchester; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Online condolences may be sent to www.leonard-mullerfh.com. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Jean Vorwald, 612 Tanglewood Drive, Manchester, Iowa 52057, to be donated to the many organizations that Helen worked with over the years.

Because of the current COVID-19 concerns, there will be a private family service and interment held at this time. Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester is assisting the family.
