Recovery Connect to begin here Apr. 7
Recovery Connect is an eight-week in-person recovery journey where participants will learn how unresolved trauma can negatively impact both over-all mental health and physical health. Participants will be equipped with tools and connections to guide healing from past traumas.
The first session of Recovery Connect will begin on Wednesday, April 7, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Registration is free and child-care will be provided.
Participants must register by calling the Family Resource Center at 563-252-3215.

The program will be led by Kate DeWall, LISW with self-care taught by Sadie Hefel. Recovery Connect is brought to the community through the Family Resource Center and partnerships with Family’s Helping Hand and SART - Sexual Assault Response Team of Clayton County.
