Gerald “Buzz” Groth, 84, of Guttenberg, died Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Guttenberg Care Center in Guttenberg. 

There will be no services at this time.Arrangements were handled by Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg.

Buzz was born on July 11, 1936, on the home farm near Elkport, the son of George and Orvillda Groth.

Buzz received his education in Garnavillo where he graduated with the class of 1954. Buzz loved classic cars, long drives, country music, barbecuing, WWE wrestling, stock car races, fishing, playing cards and making his friends and family laugh. 

Buzz is survived by his two children, Brenda (Korey) Godden and Bradley (Rhonda O’Neill) Groth; grandson, Josiah; two step grandchildren, Mazzy and Grayson Godden; sister, Helen Fabert and many other relatives and friends. 

Buzz was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Loretta Groth and brother, Ronald Groth.
