The Prairie du Chien-Fennimore gymnastics team traveled to Mount Horeb on Saturday, Jan. 8 for a seven-team invitational. 

There was a lot of tough competition there that day. 

The team placed sixth with a score of 118.675. Mount Horeb took first with a score of 142.325. 

There were several stand out performances. Freshman Kendra Baker stepped up and competed in her first varsity meet when two others were not able to compete. Madilyn Fisher placed fifth out of 35 on the vault with a score of 8.9. Alyssa Schoepp placed 14th on the balance beam with a score of 8.3 and 14th on floor exercise with a score of 8.1.
