Nancy Lou Beesecker passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 24, 2022, with family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer.

Nancy was born on May 11, 1950, in Prairie du Chien, to Arthur and Eunice (Susan) Morel. She graduated from Prairie du Chien High School. Nancy married Richard Carl Beesecker in 1968 and later divorced but remained close friends.  This union was blessed with two sons, Mark and Brian. Nancy had many jobs throughout the years but one thing remained the same, her strong work ethic. She enjoyed reading, gardening, being outside in the sunshine, spending time with her family, but most of her grandchildren, Jacob, Brock, and Kaci.

Nancy is survived by her sons, Mark (Susan) Beesecker of Hazleton, Brian Beesecker of Hazleton, daughter-in-law Dr. Stephanie Beesecker of Fairbank; her grandchildren, Jacob Beesecker, Brock Beesecker, and Kaci Beesecker; siblings, Susan Rider of Wauzeka, Karen (Jim) Hesselberg, David (Deb) Morel of Prairie du Chien, and Linda Corlett, McGregor, Iowa; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Nancy was preceeded in death by her parents; and a sister, Marilyn Granzow.

A celebration of life is being planned for a later date. The family would like to extend their appreciation to St. Croix Hospice for their care and guidance during her final days.
