Agnes Marie Dearborn, 80, of Richland Center, died Friday, April 29, 2022.

She was born on March 8, 1942, in Marshfield, the daughter of Carl and LaVon “Bonnie” (Wilson) Rabe. Agnes went to St. Mary’s Academy and was a nursing assistant at Prairie Memorial Hospital for eight years. She married Wayne Dearborn in 1961, and the couple had five children together. Agnes worked at Allen Bradley in Richland Center for 26 years. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, and was an avid sports fan, especially for the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and NASCAR. Agnes loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

Agnes is survived by five children, Stephen (Paula) Dearborn of Muscoda, Thomas (Pat Wasley) Dearborn of West Salem, Michael Dearborn of Browerville, Minn., Bonnie (Don) Carey of Billings, Mont., Andrea (James Peotter) Schneider-Maier of Wauzeka; seven grandchildren, Andrew (Sarah), Amanda (Max), Kory (Tara), Klarissa (Jamie), Cheyenne (Christian), Dalton, Jayson; 17 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Bob (Judy) Rabe of Stoughton, Mary Ellen (Michael) Miller of Portage, Carol Rochester of Wisconsin Dells, John Rabe of Viroqua, Kathy (Joel) Rabe of Prairie du Chien; other relatives and friends. 

Agnes was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son; granddaughter, Courtlynn Schneider; and life partner, Don Pearsall. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 6, at 11 a.m. at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with burial to follow in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, both in Richland Center. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 5, at the Pratt Memorial Chapel from 4 to 7 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Friday, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
