Hunter Jones delivers a pitch in the first game of a doubleheader versus Aquinas Monday, June 27.

The Prairie du Chien American Legion Grasshoppers 16U Junior Baseball Team hosted La Crosse Aquinas Monday evening for a twinbill at St. Feriole Island Ballpark. 

Aquinas defeated the Hoppers 5-2 in the opener. 

The Hoppers came back to take the nightcap 4-2, however, to gain the split.
