Enjoy the upcoming September weekend by attending two popular annual events in southern Clayton County.

The Northeast Iowa Farm and Antique Association will present the 41st annual Plagman Barn Show Days on Sept. 16-17-18. The show grounds are located at 28384 Garber Road (C7X) 10 miles west of Guttenberg. The event features demonstrations on early farm and home practices and techniques, plus food, music, and other activities for the entire family.

The River Park Cruisers will sponsor their 24th annual car show, cruise and dance on Saturday, Sept. 17, beginning with a car show in downtown Guttenberg, followed by an afternoon cruise and an evening dance at Lakeside Ballroom.
