Kelsey L. Dressler, 23, of Cuba City, passed away Monday, Dec. 26, 2022, at UW-Hospital in Madison surrounded by her family. A celebration of life was Dec. 31, at Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. In the spirit of Kelsey, attendees were asked to wear Green Bay Packers or Iowa Hawkeyes jerseys when attending her visitation and funeral.

Kelsey was born on March 9, 1999, in La Crosse, the daughter of Russell and Suzanne (Johll) Dressler Jr. She graduated from Cuba City High School in 2018 and worked at Goodwill in Platteville.

Kelsey was a member of the Cuba City Special Olympics softball, bowling and basketball teams and won many medals and made many trips to state. She loved music and tik-tok and you could always hear her singing country songs. Kelsey was a positive person who never gave up. Every child fell in love with her as she would always sit down and play with them. Kelsey had a heart of gold and touched many lives. She will be forever remembered by all who knew her for her unique personality, whether it be her sarcasm, sassiness, sense of humor or the volume of her voice.

Survivors include her mother, Suzanne Hirsbrunner, Cuba City; her stepfather, Rob Hirsbrunner, Dubuque; her siblings, Danielle Hirsbrunner and Gavin Hirsbrunner, both of Cuba City, and Abbie Dressler, Platteville; her paternal grandmother, Sally Dressler, Bloomington; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father; her paternal grandfather; an aunt, Amy Anderson; a brother, Tyler Dressler; and her maternal grandparents.

A Kelsey L. Dressler Memorial Fund has been established. Memorials may be sent to the funeral home at 123 N. Jackson St., Cuba City, WI 53807.
