MFL MarMac sophomore Ben Krambeer wrapped up an impressive golf season at the May 15 Class 2A district meet at Dike-New Hartford.

 

Krambeer shot a 75, three over par in 18 holes, at Fox Ridge Golf Course. That tied him for ninth overall, but he placed 10th on the card back.

 

The top individual was Cody Weaver of East Marshall, who shot a 68. The number two golfer, who with Weaver will advance to state, was Oelwein’s Brandon Tournier, who shot a 71.

 

Grundy Center won the meet with a 296, while Hudson placed second with a 308.
