The Royall Panthers showed why they were a sectional champion last season and are currently the fifth ranked team in Division Five with a 59-15 home victory over Seneca on Thursday, Nov. 30.

The hosts from Elroy jumped out to a 15-0 lead nine minutes into the game before the Royals were able to get on to the scoreboard. 

Royall took a 26-9 lead into halftime, well on their way to leading the game from start to finish.

Leading scorer for the Royals with 5 points was Reggie George, while Jackson Konichek (4 points), Dawson Davidson and Gage Wall (2 points each, and Hunter Hagensick and Owen Oppriecht (1 point each) rounded out the Royals scoring.

With the loss to Royall, Seneca dropped to 1-1 on the season. Following a road game at Cashton on Tuesday night, the Royals return home to host Brookwood on Dec. 12.
