The Prairie du Chien Cross Country team traveled to the Tri-City Golf Course in Luana last Thursday for the annual MFL MarMac Invitational and came back with a third place team finish in the girls race and a first place finish in the boys race.
Leading the Hawks in the girls race were Kate Gebhard (24:20) and Tannah Radloff (24:32) who finished in 10th and 11th place respectively. Allison Mathies placed 18th (25:34), Karly Kramer was 22nd (26:05), Madi Coffield in 27th (28:58), Autumn Ziegler in 53rd (32:12) and Chaya Blackburn in 57th place (34:39)as the Hawks scored 87 points in taking third place.

Following Sam Kramer was Spencer Foley in sixth place (19:02), Treyton Reames in eighth place (19:41), Garrett DeHart in ninth place (20:03.28), Landon Smith in 10th place (20:03.86), Lane Henderson in 27th place (21:30), Joey Kramer in 34th place (22:54), Finn Stafford-Johnson in 51st place (25:10), Caleb Mezera in 55th place (26:49) and Drew Becwar in 67th place (30:26).
The Hawks traveled to Boscobel last night for the Ryan Zimpel Memorial Meet before they go to Spring Green this Saturday for the River Valley Invitational.
