Kadence Pape (left) became the first Bulldog to medal at this year’s girls state tournament. “It feels pretty good to set the bar for girls below me,” she said.
Central coach Martha Bauder was recently recognized as the 2021 recipient of the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union’s Golden Plaque Award for Track and Field.
