Wauzeka-Steuben girls defeat Seneca

Wauzeka-Steuben defeated visiting Seneca 68-40 in a Ridge and Valley girls basketball game Friday night.

Wauzeka-Steuben built a 39-13 halftime advantage en route to the victory. The game was tighter in the second half with Wauzeka-Steuben taking the second half 29-27.

River Ridge used a big first half to cruise past host Lancaster 53-35 in a nonconference boys basketball game Monday night. 

The Timberwolves built a 26-7 halftime advantage over the Flying Arrows en route to the victory to improve to 2-0 on the season.
